merge frontend/routes with cicd/docker commits

changes:

• moved docker-compose files to root dir
• fixed some issues with nginx and gitlabcicd
• removed nginx https for the moment
• added dockerfile for node api
• pushed production env variables directly to server
• added cicd for backend plus nginx
• added startscript for deployment (requires testing)
